Features and Benefits
Our Tyvek hood has a patented breathing tube integrated directly into the hood. The tube is splash-resistant and entirely disposable. Although made flexible for on-the-job performance, the multi-layer foam tubing material prevents downtubes from being crushed or twisted, with the tube's foam layers providing a sound-dampening system both unique and made in accordance with stringent NIOSH requirements. This hood is engineered without head harness for freedom of movement and comfort. Velcro underarm straps keep the hood from rising. 8" x 14" viewing window offers an extensive field of vision and aptly accommodates workers with beards or goggles. The hood can be used with either an Allegro Personal Air Cooler or an Allegro Air Temperature Controller. Features and Benefits
Allegro's Air Filtration Panels convert shop air used for pneumatic tools and equipment to clean breathable air. They provide from 1 to 8 airline respirators a portable source of up to 15, 30, 60 or 100 CFM of breathable air from 5-125 psig. The 3-stage filtration system purifies compressed air removing water, oil and particulate contaminants. An optional carbon monoxide monitor, which can be operated in AC or DC mode, activates an audible alarm when the concentration of CO exceeds 10 ppm (set for 5 ppm in Canada). The pressure regulator includes a pressure gauge and adjustment knob with locking ring. An adjustable pressure relief valve protects the CO monitor and respirators in the event of regulator failure. Rescuer RIT Bag
ISI offers the Rescuer RIT bag for use by rapid intervention teams that allows fire fighters to offer air to trapped or downed firefighters. You have a choice between two rescue systems, either the RIC or RIT fittings. Either system can be used with high or low pressure cylinders of any duration.

Product Sheet
The RIC system uses the new universal fitting required by the NFPA 1981, 2002 edition. It can be attached to the Viking SCBA and remain connected so that the cylinder automatically refills when it is below full.

The RIT system allow you to attach the fitting to either the facemask or buddy breather of the Magnum or Viking SCBA. There is also an end of service alarm to warn when the spare cylinder is low.

This NIOSH-approved SCBA is used for all non-fire applications and offers a high level of respiratory protection. The Vanguard offers a radio interface option that allows users to interface to their existing radio through an in-mask microphone for clear speech communications.
